  • Hi I’m Mirinda! As a therapist, I’m equal parts strategist, deep diver, and compassionate guide, helping clients untangle their past while building a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.

    My approach is grounded in ACT, CBT, DBT, and Gottman Level 1 for relationships, with a psychodynamic lens that helps uncover the deeper patterns shaping my clients’ lives.

    I work with a variety of presentations from anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, postpartum and all those things in between that don't quite fit into a label.


    I believe therapy works best when it’s real, warm, and human.

    • I’m also a twin mum - which means resilience, adaptability, and the ability to pivot in chaos are part of my daily skillset.

    • I have an 12 year old chihuahua named Beefy (yup, Beefy, blame the husband!).

    • I’m a chocoholic and proud – tried quitting but lets be honest some things are just good for the soul.

    • I will def swear during our sessions, you can too!

    • I LOVE learning and am constantly signing up to new courses/reading books/podcasts, so know you are getting the best up to date evidence based care.

    • In a past life I worked as a nutritionist, personal trainer and of course yoga teacher.

    • I’m a millennial - interpret that one as you will ;)

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga offers a safe and supportive space to gently reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of calm. Classes are guided with choice, compassion, and awareness, so you can move at your own pace and in ways that feel right for you. This practice can be a powerful and complementary way to process emotions, release stored tension, and support healing — focusing on safety, grounding, and empowerment rather than performance or perfection.

    Later this year, I’ll be offering a 6-week group program for postpartum mums. If you’d like to learn more or join the waitlist, please reach out.

  • Mirinda offers Walk & Talk sessions in Broadbeach, Nobby’s and Burleigh Heads.

    Specific meeting point will be discussed in your Telehealth session. Additional locations may also be discussed in your first telehealth sessions if these are not accessible.

  • Provisional Psychologist

    Hi, I’m Natalie! I offer a gentle, supportive space to help you make sense of life’s challenges. Before pursuing my passion in psychology, I worked with people from all walks of life, from correctional services to classrooms, which taught me that everyone’s story is unique.

    I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, or big life transitions. I’ve completed my Master of Professional Psychology and my approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness with compassion and curiosity, always guided by what feels most helpful for you.

    Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels safe, grounding, and empowering.

    • I’ve been a vegetarian since age 2 (much to the dismay of my family!)

    • I’m a registered nutritionist, my personal interest

    • I’m hooked on Pilates & Yoga

    • I use cooking and mealtimes as a daily mindfulness practice

    • I was born in England but moved to the Gold Coast in 2002

    • My dog Sunny is my sidekick - joins me on all life adventures including driving across country to South Australia

    • Every job I’ve ever done involved working with people from all walks of life, it’s my passion

    Final Note: You are not broken nor defective, you are capable and worthy of a well lives life.

  • A provisional psychologist has completed at least five to six years of university training in psychology and is now in the final stage of supervised practice before full registration. They are skilled in providing evidence-based therapy and bring fresh knowledge, curiosity, and care to their work.

    What’s great is you’re not just supported by your provisional psychologist, you also benefit from the guidance of their senior supervisor (with whom they are required to regularly consult with), almost like having two psychologists working with you.

    There’s no need for GP referrals or care plans, which means you’re not limited to a set number of sessions and can attend as often as you need. Each session is $140, the same out-of-pocket fee as with a fully registered psychologist.

  • Hiya! I’m Maddison. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

    I support people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, identity, and the mental load of everyday life, with a particular passion for women’s mental health and the perinatal period.

    I’ve completed my Master’s of Professional Psychology and draw on CBT, ACT, and a person-centred, strengths-based approach. With lived experience of ADHD, I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens and value making therapy feel accessible, realistic, and human.

    • I’m a newlywed and love building a slow, intentional life with my husband.

    • I’m a foster mum to a (now) 18 year old and hope to grow my family in the future.

    • I’m a big animal lover, especially bunnies and dogs. We have 2 dogs, a German Shepherd and a Maremma, and foster bunnies from time to time!

    • I run a local women’s group focused on connection, movement, and community.

    • You’ll often find me listening to podcasts about birth, motherhood, and women’s health.

    • I feel most like myself near the ocean, when I am camping, or walking and soaking up fresh air.

    • I’m a leftie, so you’ll often see smudge marks all over my palm.

  • Hey! I come to counselling with a background in behaviour therapy, psychology and education. Over the years I’ve developed a passion for supporting people through life’s biggest, and smallest, challenges by reflecting on the past, connecting to the present and hoping for the future. 

    I combine a Person Centered approach to therapy with CBT, ACT and mindfulness, harnessing a big focus on values. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, and have a strong skill set in working with adolescents to navigate their changing world. 

    I bring humour, honesty and compassionate listening to each session, as well as my therapy dog if requested!

  • Reuben is a 2.5 year old gold retriever named aptly after the iconic Reuben sandwich. 

    Reuben has gone through rigorous training to graduate as a fully fledged therapy dog. What does that mean? She wears a cute bandana and attends sessions to help make therapy more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. 

    Reuben uses her intuition to respond to humans sensitively, offering a gentle paw when needed. Greeting everyone with a wagging tail, Reuben is the perfect companion to warm up a therapy session.
