Meet your therapists
The humans walking alongside you

FounderHi I’m Mirinda! As a therapist, I’m equal parts strategist, deep diver, and compassionate guide, helping clients untangle their past while building a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.
My approach is grounded in ACT, CBT, DBT, and Gottman Level 1 for relationships, with a psychodynamic lens that helps uncover the deeper patterns shaping my clients’ lives.
I work with a variety of presentations from anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, postpartum and all those things in between that don't quite fit into a label.
I believe therapy works best when it’s real, warm, and human. -
I’m also a twin mum - which means resilience, adaptability, and the ability to pivot in chaos are part of my daily skillset.
I have an 12 year old chihuahua named Beefy (yup, Beefy, blame the husband!).
I’m a chocoholic and proud – tried quitting but lets be honest some things are just good for the soul.
I will def swear during our sessions, you can too!
I LOVE learning and am constantly signing up to new courses/reading books/podcasts, so know you are getting the best up to date evidence based care.
In a past life I worked as a nutritionist, personal trainer and of course yoga teacher.
I’m a millennial - interpret that one as you will ;)

Trauma-Informed Yoga offers a safe and supportive space to gently reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of calm. Classes are guided with choice, compassion, and awareness, so you can move at your own pace and in ways that feel right for you. This practice can be a powerful and complementary way to process emotions, release stored tension, and support healing — focusing on safety, grounding, and empowerment rather than performance or perfection.
Later this year, I’ll be offering a 6-week group program for postpartum mums. If you’d like to learn more or join the waitlist, please reach out.

Provisional PsychologistHi, I’m Natalie! I offer a gentle, supportive space to help you make sense of life’s challenges. Before pursuing my passion in psychology, I worked with people from all walks of life, from correctional services to classrooms, which taught me that everyone’s story is unique.
I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, or big life transitions. I’ve completed my Master of Professional Psychology and my approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness with compassion and curiosity, always guided by what feels most helpful for you.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels safe, grounding, and empowering.

A provisional psychologist has completed at least five to six years of university training in psychology and is now in the final stage of supervised practice before full registration. They are skilled in providing evidence-based therapy and bring fresh knowledge, curiosity, and care to their work.
What’s great is you’re not just supported by your provisional psychologist, you also benefit from the guidance of their senior supervisor (with whom they are required to regularly consult with), almost like having two psychologists working with you.
There’s no need for GP referrals or care plans, which means you’re not limited to a set number of sessions and can attend as often as you need. Each session is $140, the same out-of-pocket fee as with a fully registered psychologist.

Therapy, to us, isn’t just about symptom reduction, it’s about self-awareness, connection, and lasting change.
Our Values
-
We believe in being true to who you are. Our practice fosters a space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment, encouraging you to embrace your unique path toward growth.
-
Every person who comes through our “doors” deserves respect, empathy, and kindness. We create an environment where you can feel safe to express yourself freely, without fear of judgment or shame.
-
We recognise that mental, emotional, and physical health are interconnected. Our integrative therapies reflect this, combining psychological techniques with body-focused practices like yoga and outdoor therapy to promote overall well-being.
-
Healing happens through connection, to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Whether in-person or virtually, we are committed to building meaningful, supportive relationships with each client, providing you with the tools to create deeper, more fulfilling connections in your life.
-
Life can be incredibly hard and sometimes, the most healing thing is to laugh in the mess of it all. We welcome humour into the therapeutic space, knowing that it can be a powerful way to connect, cope, and remember our shared humanity.
-
We believe that with the right support, self-awareness becomes a superpower. Our work together helps you better understand your patterns, values, and strengths, so you can make empowered choices and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.
