Introducing Grounded Mama: An 8 session supportive, safe space to connect with other Mums, to share the mental load, to learn techniques and tools to navigate the overwhelm and build capacity.

How it works
Weekly Live 75min Sessions
6 weekly Zoom sessions combining grounding exercises and group chats (aka therapy!)
Plus 2 spaced out sessions: Session 7 will be 2 weeks after & Session 8 will be 1 month later
To give you space to check in, reflect, and notice how you’re integrating what you’ve learned, so the program doesn’t just end, it sticks.

Each week, we explore a different themes like relationships, communication, or self-care
Before each session, you can send in your questions or points for discussion, so the conversation is tailored to what matters most to you.
You can be an active participant or passive the choice is yours! (the beauty of collective healing!)

There is no pressure to “do” anything, rather this an opportunity to gather information to access when your capacity allows

No experience is needed! Just an open mind and willingness to give the classes a go. These are not 75min flowing classes with handstands, there is something for every mood and schedule is available.

The exact day and time will be discussed with group consensus. Options will be Thursday’s or Tuesday’s between 10am - 3pm.

You never have to share more than you’re comfortable with. Many people find that simply being part of the group, listening, reflecting, and witnessing others is deeply therapeutic. Research consistently shows the power of group-based work

Any stage that feel right for you! Whether that is 14 weeks or 2 years.

You will have access to replays of sessions that you missed for the duration of the program. So while it won’t be live you will still get to soak up the session.
