Our Services & Fees

Supporting humans through the messy, meaningful work of healing, growing, and finding themselves.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Maybe you’re in the thick of postpartum and it’s chaos, inside your home and your head. You love your baby, but you’re overwhelmed, touched-out, and craving space to breathe.

Maybe anxiety is your constant companion, and you’re tired of overthinking every decision, every conversation, every everything.

Maybe you’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD (or wondering if you actually have it) and suddenly your whole life makes sense, but you have no idea what to do with that info.

Maybe your relationship feels stuck, like you’re having the same fight on repeat, and you miss the closeness you used to have, you’re ready to give couples counselling a go.

Maybe you’re burnt out, tired of people-pleasing, and wondering when it gets easier.

  • These group sessions will occur in 6 weeks blocks. A new program for postnatal Mums will be launching soon. Please contact us to be on the waitlist.

How it works

  • If you want to claim the medicare rebate you are required to have a GP referral. Discuss your mental health with your GP, who can assess your needs and create a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for up to 10 individual psychology sessions & 10 group therapy sessions per calendar year. You can request the referral be made out to a therapist of your choice.

The initial Mental Health Care Plan is for 6 sessions. After your 6th appointment, your Psychologist will provide a report to your GP regarding the progress of therapy and whether additional sessions are needed. A person may claim up to 10 sessions with Psychologist per calendar year (January 1 to December 31). This means that you can return to your GP and request a new referral for an additional four sessions, if necessary.

  • All bookings and payments are managed through our secure online booking system. You'll be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to easily book, reschedule, or cancel appointments at your convenience. Communication with your therapist, such as messages, reminders, and updates, will also be handled via text and email through this system.

  • Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows other people on the waitlist an opportunity to take your appointment.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. This fee helps us compensate for the time reserved for your appointment.

A “no show” will incur the full fee of the session.

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you face an unforeseen circumstance, please communicate with us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Why walk & talk?

  • Holistic Approach: Combining mental and physical well-being in one session supports overall health, creating a balanced approach to therapy.

  • Less Intimidating: The more casual setting of walking outdoors can feel less intimidating compared to traditional office therapy, making it easier to open up.

  • Increased Connection: The shared activity of walking fosters a sense of connection between you and your psychologist, making the therapy feel more personal and less formal.

  • Regulates the Nervous System: Gentle movement in nature can support nervous system regulation, helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Walking side-by-side can also feel safer for those who find face-to-face settings overwhelming.

  • Helps with Mental Clarity: The change of scenery and physical activity can help clear your mind, making it easier to process and understand emotions.

  • Stimulates Creativity: Physical movement can get the creative juices flowing, often leading to new insights and perspectives during the conversation.
